We regularly send our engineers to manufacture training days, so they keep their knowledge up to date with new models, we are also experts at repairing older boilers such as back boiler units and floor standing boilers as we regularly repair boilers that are 10 to 15 years old.
If we can fix a boiler that’s what we prefer to do. However, Sometimes a new boiler is the more sensible option, however. What happens when you book us?
Once we confirm your appointment you will receive a notification then an on route call or text with an estimated time of arrival.
We will show you our ID before entering your home. Then set up our work area making sure we have protected your property. We always wear shoe covers and treat your home as if it was our own.
Once we are happy that your boiler has been repaired re-calibrated and proven safe, then we verbally explain and relate this information into a written document which is detailed, and a certified proof of safety will also be outlined with details of the repair. It is an official document to be kept as a record.
